One Year of MAR20X

One year ago, we turned a bold vision into an extraordinary reality — and today, we celebrate that journey.


In just 45 days, our Kozhikode showroom underwent a complete transformation into a state-of-the-art MAR 20X facility — Mercedes-Benz’s global standard for showroom design and customer experience. What once seemed like a challenging timeline became a record-breaking success, delivering not just a physical space, but a powerful statement about innovation, precision, and what’s truly possible when passion meets purpose.


The new MAR 20X space was more than just a facelift — it was a reimagination of the luxury car buying experience. With minimalist sophistication, refined interiors, advanced digital touchpoints, and customer-first design, it ushered in a new era of luxury automotive retail in North Kerala. Every detail was thoughtfully crafted to reflect the values Mercedes-Benz stands for: elegance, simplicity, innovation, and exclusivity.


But what truly made this transformation iconic was who brought it to life.


The entire project — from planning to execution — was led by an all-women crew. Yes, you read that right. From civil engineering to design strategy, from interiors to project management, a team of talented women drove every aspect of this monumental transformation.


Names like Manishi Sapra, Zarine Jamshedji, Seina Jethmalani, Sayli Gharat, Ritu S., and our own Ameena Shahul, Aysha Shahul, and Isha K were at the forefront of this journey. Each of them brought unparalleled expertise, commitment, and creative energy to the table. Their leadership wasn’t just inspirational — it was transformational.


In an industry often dominated by traditional norms, this initiative stood out not just for what was done, but how it was done. It was a celebration of diversity, inclusion, and the power of women in leadership. Their success became a benchmark for what can be achieved when we remove biases and let talent shine.



As we reflect on this remarkable milestone one year later, we’re reminded that excellence isn’t bound by timelines — or by stereotypes. What matters most is vision, collaboration, and a shared belief in the extraordinary.


This anniversary is not just about looking back — it’s about looking forward. To more such bold projects. To inclusive leadership. To continuous innovation. And to creating experiences that leave a mark not just on our customers, but on the industry itself.
