Earlier this week, a call came into our Bridgeway Medical Systems helpline from Mumbai. A mother urgently needed a Molift Smart 150 patient hoist for her son—something not part of our Indian portfolio. Her first call didn’t yield results. But she tried again, and this time connected with Noushad S, Manager – Operations, who took the time to listen, empathize, and act.

Despite the product not being available in India, Noushad escalated the request with urgency to our central team. The need was critical—she was flying to Kenya in just five days. And we knew one thing: we couldn’t say no.

Our UAE team immediately stepped in. “We have it in stock. Let’s make it happen,” they said. Without delay, Abdul Hafees K N, Product Specialist, flew down to Mumbai with the unit in hand and personally installed it at the customer’s home—all within 72 hours.

The outcome? One relieved mother. One happy son. And a moment that went far beyond business.
